Stress is something very common among kids, teens, and adults alike. You will sadly never be able to live a completely stress free life but with help, you can learn to manage the stress. That is the goal for this site, to help people of all ages (but mostly teens) deal with their stress.
Symptoms of Teen Stress
Teenage stressors can cause a variety of physical and emotional symptoms. Red flags of teen stress include the following:

Feeling nervous or anxious

Frequently feeling tired

Stomachaches and chest pain

Procrastinating or neglecting responsibilities

Feeling overwhelmed

Moodiness
-
Having negative thoughts

Withdrawing from family and friends

Difficulty sleeping or sleeping too much

Problems remembering, focusing, and concentrating

Using alcohol, drugs, or other substances as way to self-medicate

Unexplained physical symptoms, such as tics.
